"State Farm has great rates. We carry our homeowners and vehicle policies with them. They are easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Their roadside assistance is easy to use. We have used it twice and we're very pleased with the entire process. My most recent interactions have been with Ricardo Rodriguez with the addition of our youngest to the vehicle policy. He is above and beyond patient and kind. He never made me feel like I was asking too many question. His customer service is exemplary."

"Very unprofessional in my experience. I've been having issues with my billing for months now. I've been trying to call to figure out what is going on and how to resolve the issue with no luck. They always promise to call me back or put me at the top priority of their duties the next day, but never come through. I'm at risk of being uninsured now, so that's great."

"Trevor and his team are the best in the business! I recently found out I was really overpaying for my auto insurance policy and my next billing date was the following day. Trevor McBride with State Farm was referred to me, and inside of a few hours he got me set up with a new policy that basically cut my monthly bill in HALF. Not only was I thrilled to have a lower auto insurance bill, but he pulled it off quickly so that I could cancel my overpriced policy before I was billed again. Thank you Trevor!!!"
